Group Rates: A reduction of 5% is available for groups of 5 to 9, or 10% for 10 or more people, provided that all members of the group are booked at the same time. A simple way to do this is to have a Group Leader email all the names of the group so we can hold the places, then each member can book & pay individually and identify themselves as part of this group. The discount will be applied to the Early Bird Rate, or the Regular Price, depending on the date of registration. It is not available for the Workshop Aide or Student Prices.

If you have all the names of the group in hand now and want to pay for all of them with a single credit card, please provide all the names and contact details on our on-line registration page (use the comments box for additional names), then when you go to the credit card page, you will be able to pick the number of places you are paying for and run it through as a single transaction. This can also be done with faxed or mailed bookings.

*Students: If selecting the Student Rate, please provide your student number and the name of the programme and institution where you are a full-time student. The reduced rate for students is available for full-time students who receive little or no income during their training.

In the UK, IAPT Trainees do not qualify for the student rate. An alternative way to receive a discount for IAPT Trainees is to book together as a group and receive the appropriate discount.  

**Workshop Aide Rate: Before booking at this rate, please contact  Dr. Tener first to see if there are any Aide places left for that particular event, and to be briefed about what is involved.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received up to two weeks before a workshop will receive a refund less a $50 cancel fee (£25 in the UK). Cancellations received less than two weeks before an event are non-refundable. You may send a colleague in your place at anytime at no charge.
